Cherene brings 18 years of production experience to Mainline Media. Her career in the Film and TV industry began in Australia working on the then small indie-film Strictly Ballroom. She then worked in the Alberta film industry for 6 years before settling into TV series. Some of her credits include: writer / associate producer for the Food Network hit TV show, The Thirsty Traveler and associate publisher / writer of the series inspired cookbook / travelogue Thirsty Traveler- Road Recipes. She wrote and directed three seasons of the equine series The Complete Rider on The Outdoor Life Network. In recent years Cherene has contracted to Anaid Productions as production manager and director of 5 seasons of X-Weighted, airing on SLICE; and directed segments of Family Restaurant and Quon Dynasty which aired on the Food Network and Global. Over a period of two years Cherene wrote, directed and story edited 10 episodes of the real estate series Buy Me, which is seen on HGTV in Canada and the US, and most recently was the story editor for the home design and competition series My Rona Home. Cherene brings a unique creative vision to each project and has forged a strong reputation, with clients requesting to work with her again and again. | |
